Enquiries and Reports
- "Partial field" search / match facilities allow the selection
of customers using any part of the customer's business name or a contact
name, phone numbers, etc. - operators do not have to remember codes.
- Enquiry facility allows instant access to account details including
financial transaction history, current outstanding amounts, complete
line item detail of invoices and outstanding customer orders and up
to a page of notes for each customer.
- Statements are available at period end (eg 7 days, monthly, etc) and
on demand.
- Each customer can belong to two customer groups (eg. industry type
and zone) and all reports can optionally be produced with customers
grouped by either of these groupings.
- Aged trial balance can be configured to meet varying needs, including
special collection times.
- Comprehensive arrears reports for accounts with scheduled payments,
e.g. extended credit
- Mailing label facility - could be used for promotions, etc.
- Easy-to-use report writer facility for special reporting requirements.
- Optional ODBC connection allows for data manipulation, graphs and
reporting by third party products, including Access and Excel.
